Add `broccoliPluginName` to heimdall information. #9

This allows us to do summaries by plugin much much easier.

LGTM 👍

I would have expected the name to be mixed in with the description, perhaps debug style ${getDescription}:${getPluginName} but it seems totally fine to separate them.
