We can add it to the agenda for the next Tooling meeting to merge, I want a tiny bit of discussion on https://github.com/ember-cli/ember-cli-deprecation-workflow/issues/169#issuecomment-2189377808 before we actually release this major 👍

We decided to do this as is so that there would be a version that supports vendor and embroider, if we upgrade to a v2 that will be a new major 👍
