Drop support for Node 14 #1246

I had originally intended to get a release out before we dropped support for node 14 but https://github.com/ember-cli/ember-cli-update/pull/1194 will be part of the next release and it is already breaking, so we might as well drop Node 14 support here too 👍

@mansona I have CI green using patch-package in https://github.com/ember-cli/ember-cli-update/pull/1247.

My suspicion was correct that npx has concurrency bugs in its cache.
