Remove CNAME configuration file #226

This PR removes CNAME file in hope re-enabling access to other repositories Github pages under Ember CLI organisation. 🤞

Example:

https://ember-cli.github.io/ember-exam/ (https://github.com/ember-cli/ember-exam)

This repository might need additional configuration in Settings.

Maybe. As far as I understand, ember-cli.com is served by Netlify, not by Github pages server, based on headers check with curl -I ember-cli.com.

Therefore I assume domain setup for this repository is outdated but I might be missing historical context.

Overall we should unblock other repositories serving documentation sites.

There is discussion on dev-ember-cli Discord channel as well.

We can always revert if we have issues.

It will probably take some time to propagate through systems.

Lets see over next days if there is any change on accessing other repositories documentation sites.

Seems to work - http://ember-cli.github.io/ember-page-title/ 🎉

https://ember-cli.com/ - is intact aswell.
