Move CI testing to Github #637

Travis CI = 👎, Github CI = 👍

Edit: Will replace appveyor runs in another PR. Also the ember-canary will fail ~~because ember-qunit needs upgrading, which is done in #639~~ I'm not sure why, but we can fix that in further commits
