Ideas for post-octane #41

Since we're moving to class syntax etc - as a standard, is there any plans or ideas on how to take this list / and kinda - version it? I would be useful to comb through things and ensure that the 3.9 version of the list is not full of 1.13 tutorials etc. Sounds like a bunch of work... but - just curious what you think.

I think we can start from Octane section, once articles appear.
