Use Field Guide? #83

Field Guide is what powers the Ember guides, and it may be the perfect platform for something like this. Since all the actual content is written in Markdown, it's easy to contribute while also still being an Ember app. The support for live component demos is also incredibly useful for demonstrating component patterns.

Definitely worth considering since we were a small team and I've had a slight career change for example, I'm unsure where this project sits. @MelSumner perhaps something like field-guide would help this project move forward with less reinventing the wheel so we could focus on content?
