@mansona this did not include fastboot-express-middleware into release for some reason.

The latest fastboot-express-middleware@4.1.2 depends on fastboot@4.1.2 because it does not use ~ or ^.

is there away to configure release-plan to use ~ or ^ for deps published withinmonorepo?
