Add ember-cli-deploy-fastboot-api-lambda to the deployment section #61

I have created an ember-cli-deploy addon that allows you to serve ember fastboot applications entirely from within api gateway / lambda. This includes both fastboot outputs, but also any static assets bundled with the dist. It has been quite well received, and was hoping it could find a place on the offical site. Thoughts?

This looks most excellent. @wytlytningNZ Can you edit to capitalize proper nouns (API Gateway, FastBoot, etc) and then we'll merge? Sorry for not seeing this earlier!
