Ember CLI Babel #42

Hello @jasonmit , I just try to install the add on and got error like this:

$ ember install ember-intl-cp-validations
npm: Installed ember-intl-cp-validations
DEPRECATION: ember-cli-babel 5.x has been deprecated. Please upgrade to at least ember-cli-babel 6.6. Version 5.2.8 located: mobile30 -> ember-intl-cp-validations -> ember-cli-babel
$ ember -v
ember-cli: 2.18.2
node: 8.9.4
os: darwin x64

I see there is a release of 4.0.0, I try to run:

$ ember i ember-intl-cp-validations@4.0.0
Command failed: npm install --save-dev --loglevel error ember-intl-cp-validations@4.0.0
npm ERR! code ETARGET
npm ERR! notarget No matching version found for ember-intl-cp-validations@4.0.0
npm ERR! notarget In most cases you or one of your dependencies are requesting
npm ERR! notarget a package version that doesn't exist.

Uninstall ember-intl-cp-validations and install @ember-intl/cp-validations. The project was renamed.
