Double max memory in travis #15

not sure this will be enough (I gave it 8G on my laptop), but I will merge and see if it works.

I had set it to 3GB since I've done a full run on my local more than once with that config and the travis container by default has 4GB which can be increased to 7GB if we change container types. But the build did manage to generate all of 2.x docs with 3GB. So we should be good on incremental publishes through crons.
