Remove the code that hardcodes rsvp doc output. #58

Goes a long with https://github.com/tildeio/rsvp.js/pull/533 where we fix up rsvp docs and don't need to hardcode hack it here. Don't merge until the mentioned rsvp pr is also merged.

@sivakumar-kailasam believe this got merged too quickly? The referenced PR hasn’t been merged yet and might not be for a bit ...

@acorncom whoops. I've reverted the deploy for now. Will deploy it again once again when the associated PR is merged.
