In https://github.com/ember-learn/guides-source/issues/1516, the user found that the link for filing an issue pointed to the old guides-app repo.

I found all instances of guides-app (just two) and updated the links to point to guides-source instead.

I'm guessing that the guidemaker-ember-template will need to make a new release, then these dependents will need to update the addon version:
guidemaker-ember-template
cli-guides
contribution-guides
tutorials
