Update NGINX Unit build script #261

NGINX Unit's newest blog post contains notes to changed infrastructure, changed logging and deprecations related to accessing its source code.

In order to avoid broken scripts in the future, the current scripts should be updated and aligned to the official Docker images soon.

The first build just failed; the status of this ticket is therefore escalated.

Note: Priority and state management should be improved.
