Make touch more bpm compatible #4

Moves sproutcore-touch into a packages directory and makes the repository into a BPM project. This way you can run bpm preview from the root and run the unit tests etc.

This way you can also drop the project into a "vendor" directory of another BPM project and have it pickup sproutcore-touch.
