Rakefile update #10

Same as all the other repos. I had to modify some sc_assert calls here to match the Rakefile regex.

Rather than modify the sc_assert calls, I decided to leave the source readable and modify the strip_sc_assert regex in the Rakefile to match the multi-line calls instead.
