polyfill is moved to ember-polyfills, and makes itself inert as of 4.5.0-alpha.4

Obviously, I'm not chancancode, but (I just happened to be looking at my email, and saw the release):

it did land -- here: https://github.com/emberjs/ember.js/releases/tag/v4.5.0

I even used the feature in an unrelated (maybe) bug report! :partying_face:

It's not clear whether we've updated the guides with it yet – looks like no? If so I can pick that up.
