Use a single shared KCP socket for connecting with all connected users and exchanging messages

[ ] Implement using the shared KCP socket
[ ] strategize a way for keepalive
[ ] strategize a way for reliable and encrypted transmission (multiplexing connections)

this might not be possible with most firewalls ... although testing would need to be done this will be closed as wontfix for now as the effort vs payoff just doesnt match up
