First Test Issue #1

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. not using issues
2. no communication
3. not solving tasks

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I excpect using the issutracker as tool for bugtracking. Other uses are
encouraged as well, such as MUST functionalites for the next milestones and
NICE to have features.
By the way: Hier sollte natürlich deutsch gesprochen werden, incl. dem
"neu"deutsch Addon :-)
Auch wenn Wörter oder Funtionen/Methoden schlecht dokumentiert sind,
gehoert das hier rein, als owner dann bitte den zuständigen Maintainer für
das entsprechende Package eintragen.
