Noise in the first slices?

At the bottom of the sample there are sometimes a lot of "spots"; should we somehow deal with this?

I think I would ignore this since with manual handling it can be solved. Either setting a different ROI to exclude them, or setting a different threshold or even deleting the relevant slices.
