Background measurements #8

I am working on the background measurements. My idea is that every time a user opens the plugin, below dialog appears. What do you think?

@tischi Good work, it looks clear to me. To make it totally foolproof, should we say that the ROIs must not overlap and suggest to sample nuclei in different regions of the image?

They could in fact overlap, but I will add a sentence about the different regions!

@Mava04 Did you have a chance to test it? If it works, I would close this issue...
