Out of bounds error during mesh creation #44

In the arapidopsis data set there are several segments that cause an error when the current code is trying to create a mesh. I suspect that or segments that are cut of by the image boundary. An example is: label 89 at time point 1

[ ] Change code such that no error is thrown and the mesh is created.
