This PR fixes the remaining bugs and add some new features to prepare version 0.4.0:

• Change the default configuration for HRD (no catch trials).
• Add a complete test suite that can run locally (close #26 ).
• Add a report function that can generate HTML reports locally. The report notebooks can also run directly on Google Colab (close #27).
• Close #34 (was not able to reproduce the error).
• Add support for triggers (HBC and HRD). Close #36. With this new feature, the package can easily be hacked to support any kind of recording devices, provided that the recording class is running asynchronously, therefore this will also close #30.

When this one is merged, we can create the 0.4.0 release, and start to increment from here (0.4.x) so we can keep track of which version our collaborators are running.
