Been working on readme updates: https://github.com/embroider-build/release-plan/pull/58 and was wondering if these tools should live in the same spot.

I'm totally ok to do so, I only put it here because it's not really official but I accept that we're in the process of making it the "blessed" way to use release-plan.

I will add it to the tooling meeting agenda to see if the team is ok with it 👍
