fix the repo link in the published package #621

I noticed this today while looking into an issue, but really I wanted to open a PR to prove that CI is currently failing for LTS

CI is fixed now that https://github.com/embroider-build/embroider/releases/tag/v3.4.9-%40embroider%2Fcompat is released 🎉
