There is a project called Un-JS (https://unjs.io/), describing themselves like this:

There are some projects here that may be relevant to Embroider (or Ember more broadly):

thank you for this I'll share my thoughts on the matter which are that this issue belongs on the ember-cli repo and not here as this project deals with translating ember conventions into standard js

other projects are ones that deal with areas related to those packages
