Delete vite app from test scenarios #1879

We don't need a custom vite app in our test scenarios now that https://github.com/embroider-build/embroider/pull/1840 is merged 👍 We should also endeavour to remove this vite-specific test and put the tests in their right places but for now this is good enough to avoid confusion
