Should be able to load UI XML files #3

DroidDraw can generate XML files, but it can't load them in.  It should be
able to.

Can now load basic (non-nested) UIs.

Once nested layouts are supported, loading support will be extended as well.

Loading is now on par with supported generation.  Any UI that DroidDraw can 
generate
should be able to be loaded by DroidDraw.  Supports loading many of the Google
supplied UIs as well.
