Show Mesos frameworks for managing EMC scale-out software storage platforms

Discussed with Clint. This is a stretch goal... will need help with ScaleIO as I have not deployed an instance yet.

In its place, I have a static file server which will scribble data on an external volume. Will simulate failure and show data is still available.
