Question: Running this as a windows service #1

Just wondering. Do you run this script as a windows service to collect the data? How many times do you run the script to get an accurate overview of the calls? Or do you keep the script running and just log everything which is coming out of the Avaya IP office server? Any issues with the data coming out of it as it seems this is not realtime? Thanks!

I do not run this as a service. I run it manually every few days (small setup, not much traffic). IPO is buffering data (default is 500 calls). If you have lots of calls, you have to set bigger buffer, collect data more often or send data to a log server. The latter is the only way to collect data in real time, but i don't need that. No issues so far.
