Offer an option to suppress “and” #2

In more formal settings, ”and” is used to represent any number after the decimal point. Even though umpteen drops the decimal (and :+1: to that) it still would be good practice in some situations to avoid the grammatical faux pas of the “and” in spelled out numbers. I would love to see an option to suppress it altogether.

Also i love this library so much.

Awesome! I was thinking I'd like to try to add some options, this is a great idea. :-) Thanks for suggesting it!
