[BUG] does not capture hard link creation events

• Start fswatch

  ❯ fswatch -x  /Users/evar/cellar/notes/                          

• create a hard link

  # In /Users/evar/cellar/notes/tmp:
  ❯ command gcp -r --link --archive --verbose bad.org bad4.org
  'bad.org' -> 'bad4.org'

• fswatch does not report this correctly:

  /Users/evar/cellar/notes/tmp PlatformSpecific IsDir

According to the tests I've done, macOS seems not to trigger an event about a hard link being created inside a directory.
