A cross-platform file change monitor with multiple backends: Apple OS X File System Events, *BSD kqueue, Solaris/Illumos File Events Notification, Linux inotify, Microsoft Windows and a stat()-based backend.
I followed the instructions in the .md files and installed Cygwin and the latest packages mentioned.
The first step works, but the build fails on ./configure because the select function is missing.
Any ideas what I might be doing wrong?
