Cannot Re-open Spore after running ModAPI Launcher #63

Apparently, When I open Spore at all via the ModAPI Launcher and then close it, it always says this, even after time has passed and Spore has fully closed: The only remedy so far is to restart my computer.

To check if Spore is fully close or not, I suggest you launch the task manager
