[deploy] Upload version 0: PoC to IPFS #67

We could use something like https://www.pinata.cloud/ but instead of having a custom gateway or a domain, just provide the link using IPFS default gateway and sharing that using our landing page or/and other communication channels.

see if I can use kubo (https://github.com/ipfs/kubo#nix) with nixos (https://nixos.wiki/wiki/IPFS) and do it manually...pinata charge you for http content...sad.
