Shared memory application performance is also too slow... #5

Some HPC applications written in either Pthread and OpemMP shows slow performance... It is also due to the slow performance of the DSM layer.

We have tested following HPC applications so far..

SpMV (Sparse matrix multiplication)
VASP (Vienna Ab initio Simulation Package)
Parsec (blackscholes, ferret)
Linpack
