[x] Move to Furo theme;
[x] Move history changelog at the root of repo;
[x] Finish the new document "core/tests.rst";
[x] Improve documentation install on RTD like it has been done in https://github.com/sveetch/py-css-styleguide
[x] Restructure documentation
