Enhancement: Enrolment "workflow" #73

Hey,

looking for a plugin that works similar like this plugin on Moodle.

My problem: We have many employees in many departments that have own superiors per team. if anybody from team A requests a enrolment into a course, the team leader of team A should be noticed. And if he confirmed the request it should be sent to a person that works in the personnel department.

So it would be an improvement to be able to define a type of workflow with different people . Best based on registrations in the profile field.

Our profile fields are synced with an active directory, so it would much easier for us to manage.
