Hiding or showing the event course on course management page causes error #7

When trying to show or hide the course on /course/management.php (click on the eye icon), strange error pops up:

It seems the course is updated correctly, but the error is confusing. We've tested it on Moodle 3.10.6 (Build: 20210729) and 3.11.3+ (Build: 20211102).
