Upgrading Blast2lca #6

I'd like to use this tool if possible. Could you please tell me if there is an upgrade path? Thanks

@phlatphish Work on this repo has been discontinued - some of the ideas developed here have been implemented in this other tool: https://github.com/KwanLab/Autometa You can check there as I'd expect a similar functionality would be available.

(disclaimer: I didn't participate in the development of that other tool - AFAIK, it started as a way to provide similar functionality once I deprecated the development of blast2lca, but I just gave some initial feedback). I hope this is useful
