eplot.Plot2D not updating if initially table has no rows #45

Update should somehow detect this situation and re-init properly.

actually it looks like the ra25 is working properly, but now that I've stepped through it in the debugger, it should be easy to find out where it is bailing in the new version.

Meanwhile it appears there might be some multiple re-renders going on in the Update sequence, so need to check that out too.
