add [wp_flickr_photosets_getlist] shortcode to the page

need to add a wrapper and details to each album image.

The speciific event photos should appear in a better lightbox.

So does this pull in the photo's from Flickr? Does it use a Plugin to do so? I will need to talk to you about this one
