Generate a structured GIRA #2

Using data from all of the R4 instruments, generate a single structured GIRA that contains necessary fields.

Steps:

  1. Identify data elements that comprise the structured GIRA
  2. Create queries/reports to retrieve the data elements from step 1
  3. Create report/message/file to contain the data from step 2

Questions:

  1. Should this be done for a single participant or for multiple participants (in batch)?
  2. How can we track an updated GIRA? (versioning, dates/times)

Clarification - this is going to be the minimal "Phase 1" structured GIRA. This will set some of the groundwork for the "Phase 2" GIRA design, but we will need more than 2 hours to complete that one :) The purpose of this is to get a workable structured GIRA built that sites can leverage for integrating into EHR, or whatever.
