README.md update and link to session feedback form #75

I've added information to the main README.md file to provide a bit of guidance to anyone wanting to test out the site generation using the Jekyll theme.

Also added a link on the main page and left navigation to the "1:1 Mentorship Session Feedback & Attendance" form
