Gestione formato file in Opendata #399

nel file https://github.com/emergenzeHack/terremotocentro/blob/master/_data/opendata.csv andrebbe aggiunta la gestione del formato del file (CSV, JSON, GEOJSON...) di cui si intende fare opendata.
