Footer background should be in BACKGROUND #16

image There is too much blank space, please move it up to be the background of whatever is above it.

What do you mean this is a feature?

There is not "too much" blank space. The vertical space is needed to fit the height of the background image. The image scales by the width of the window.

But can it not be put into the background?

What does that mean? The height of the trees just can't go over the last green full width header.
