[Feature Request] Make "makoctl restore" also restore actions #525

Hi. It happens quite often that I dismiss a notification without thinking about it, just to realize that I wanted to invoke an action. Unfortunately, makoctl restore only restores the content of the notification, not the actions associated with it.

That's not possible with the FreeDesktop notification spec.
