fix: set theme in global config #29

previously it was impossible to set theme in the global config

Is a bug.. but you are removing the other ways of setting theme. In dark mode it should be dark theme and the theme from front matter should overnight the global config theme.. I'll fix in the next release. (I broke it in some of the improvements along the way)
