About [ ReferenceError: MutationObserver is not defined ] #6

Thanks for creating a nice plugin! It's very useful and I'm using it.

I just have one thing that bothers me.

I get the following warning during build

⠙ rendering pages...ReferenceError: MutationObserver is not defined
...
[Vue warn]: Component <Anonymous> is missing template or render function.

It doesn't affect my usage, but it bothers me, so I would appreciate it if you could fix it.
