docs(deps): remove `markdown-it` as dev dependency #67

Hi there,

in my opinion markdown-it is direct dependency of vitepress-plugin-search and does not need to be imported as devDependency. Or do I miss a point?

I'm make some tests.. but you are probably right 😁 I'll drop this PR since I'm making other changes and I can include this one in it.
